Notes

The Peach Japan Discovery Flight Pass (hereinafter referred to as “Flight Pass”) is only purchasable and usable when you agree to the notes below. Please read the following notes carefully and purchase and use the Flight Pass only when you agree to them. If you purchase and use the Flight Pass, it is deemed that you have agreed to the notes below.

About the Flight Pass

- The Flight Pass is a service that enables users to book Peach flight tickets for the number of designated segments during a certain booking period.
- The price is per Flight Pass (including tax).
- When you book a flight ticket using the Flight Pass, you do not need to pay the payment fee.
- Charges for the paid optional services (hereinafter referred to as “paid optional service charges”), such as fees for checked baggage that exceeds the number and size designated for the Flight Pass (including sports equipment, etc.), the space seat option, additional checked baggage, and the optional priority checked baggage delivery service need to be paid separately when booking a flight ticket.
- Fast Seat is not available for Flight Pass holders.
- You need to register your Peach account to purchase and use the Flight Pass.
- In addition to the eligible travel days (seven days or thirty days, including the first departure day on the first segment.), the booking period and no-boarding period are set for the Flight Pass. Please note that a flight booking is not available out of the booking period or for flights in the no boarding period
*Even when the eligible travel days exceeds the booking period, only flights within the booking period are valid and a refund is not available on the number of segments for which you have not used the Flight Pass.
*You cannot book any flight using the Flight Pass during the no-boarding period. Even if the eligible travel days include a no-boarding period, the eligible travel days cannot be extended, and this will not be accepted as a reason for a refund, so be sure to check no-boarding periods before purchasing.
- The number of segments written on the Flight Pass shows the number of times you can board a Peach flight (one way, one segment).
- The Flight Pass does not guarantee that you can book Peach flight tickets for the number of designated segments as per your preferences. A flight booking is not available when the Peach flight you wish to board is completely sold out.
- If there are any accompanying passengers who have not purchased the Flight Pass, they will be required to pay separately for checked baggage charge, seat selection charge, and any other additional options unless these are included in their ticket.
- Every period and time shown in this note is based on JST.

About the purchase of the Flight Pass

How to purchase the Flight Pass

- A total of 500 Flight Passes are sold per month. Unless we instruct otherwise, the Flight Pass can be purchased from 12 a.m. of the first day of every month on a first-come-first-served basis, and the sale of the Flight Pass for the month ends when the number of Flight Passes sold reaches the limit.
- Purchasers (or their representatives) must be adults. Minors should purchase the Flight Pass with the consent of their guardians.
- Passenger information (the name on the passport, date of birth, gender, passport number, estimated date of arrival in Japan, means you plan to use to enter Japan, and the flight number you plan to board to enter Japan) is required when making a purchase.
- After the purchase, the registered person who uses the Flight Pass (hereinafter referred to as “registrant”) cannot be changed. In addition, only the registrant can use the Flight Pass.
- When the registered Peach account information, such as name and date of birth, is changed after the purchase, we may invalidate the Flight Pass purchased with the corresponding account.

About children

[About children (the age of 2 or older and under the age of 12]
- Peach does not offer child prices or child fares.
- If a registrant is accompanied by a child at the age of 2 or older, the Flight Pass for a child needs to be purchased at the same time when a registrant makes a purchase.
- If a registrant does not purchase a Flight Pass for a child, the person needs to separately book a ticket for the same flight that the person is going to board for the child at the Contact Center. In this case, the fares sold at the time of booking through Contact Center will apply with the booking fee of 2,200 yen.
- The checked baggage charge, seat selection charge, and fees for other paid optional services for children for whom the Flight Pass has not been purchased need to be separately paid.
- The Flight Pass cannot be purchased only for a child 2 years of age or older. The Flight Pass for a child needs to be purchased at the same time as the guardian makes the purchase.

[About infants (under the age of 2)]
- If a registrant is accompanied by a child under the age of 2 (infant), an infant who does not need to use a seat can board the flight free of charge. However, the passenger information on the infant needs to be registered when purchasing the Flight Pass (the registrant is not charged for the Flight Pass for the infant).
- Up to two infants can be accompanied by a single adult. When two infants are accompanied by an adult, the person is required to purchase a ticket to secure a seat for one infant who occupies a child seat.
- Since the Flight Pass cannot be purchased and the passenger information cannot be registered for an infant who occupies a seat, the registrant needs to separately book a ticket for the same flight that the person is going to board for the infant at the Contact Center. the fares sold at the time of booking through Contact Center will apply with the booking fee of 2,200 yen.
- The checked baggage charge, seat selection charge, and fees for other paid optional services for an infant who occupies a seat must be separately paid.
- The Flight Pass cannot be purchased for infants.

About the simultaneous purchase (the case where the representative purchases Flight Passes for accompanying individuals at the same time as purchasing their own)

- Flight Passes can be purchased for up to nine individuals each time.
- When using the Flight Pass that has been purchased simultaneously, all flights must be booked and boarded by the same representative (purchaser). Accompanying individuals cannot book or board the flight on their own.
- When booking a flight ticket using the Flight Pass that has been simultaneously purchased, the representative and all accompanying individuals need to have the same itinerary. If you plan to travel separately, even for part of the trip, you must purchase the Flight Pass separately, instead of buying it at the same time.
Even when the Flight Pass is used to book or board flights for the representative and only some of the accompanying individuals, the other accompanying individuals who have not booked the flight will be considered as having used the Flight Pass for the same number of segments.(E.g., if representative A purchases the Flight Pass for three individuals, including accompanying passengers B and C, representative A must make the booking and board the flight. Bookings cannot be made by passengers B and C alone. Furthermore, passengers A, B, and C must book the same ticket, and even if only A and B book a ticket for two segments while C does not make a booking, all three individuals (A, B, and C) will be considered as having boarded two segments.)
- When Flight Passes are purchased simultaneously, they can be refunded only when all of them have not been used (when no flight has been booked or the reservation that has been made is canceled at least one hour before the departure time shown on the timetable without boarding any flight)

About the refund of the Flight Pass

- Flight Passes can be refunded only when they have not been used (when no flight has been booked or the reservation that has been made is canceled at least one hour before the departure time shown on the timetable without boarding any flight). In the case of a refund, a refund fee of 9,000 yen will be charged for each Flight Pass, and (the refund fee is not charged for infants). The paid optional service charges that are not included in the price of the Flight Pass will not be refunded even when your reservation is canceled.
- If you want a refund, please go through the procedure on the Peach account website.
- The refund period starts at the time of purchase and ends thirty days after the day after the last day of the booking period Please note that you are not eligible for refund if the deadline passes.
(E.g., when the last day of the booking period is March 19, 2025, the deadline for the refund procedure is April 18, 2025.)

About booking, change, and cancellation of a flight with the Flight Pass

About flight booking

- Booking of flights using the Flight Pass is only available on the dedicated website.
- Flights can be booked up until one hour before the departure time shown on the timetable.
- An application for additional checked baggage can be made on the website up until one hour before the departure time shown on the timetable.
- Seat assignments can be requested up to three hours prior to the departure time shown in the timetable.
- The seat types included in the price of the Flight Pass that can be selected are the Standard Seat, Pleasure Seat, and Smart Seat.
- Because of system specifications, when booking tickets with the Flight Pass, fares, taxes, and airport usage fees will be displayed on the booking screen, but these payments are not required.. (since they are included in the price of the Flight Pass and the sum total will be deducted on the final confirmation screen). Also, the displayed fare differs from the general sales fare amount.

Reservation change

- The details of reservations made with the Flight Pass cannot be changed.
- If you want to change the details (date, time, etc.) of the reservation you made using your Flight Pass, please cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline and book a flight that meets your preference

About cancellation of reservations

- If you cancel the reservation you made with the Flight Pass, the number of the canceled segments will be added to the remaining number of segments for which you can board flights. No cancellation fee is required.
- The deadline for canceling a reservation made with the Flight Pass is one hour before the departure time shown on the timetable. If the deadline passes, you cannot cancel your reservation. It is deemed that you have boarded a flight for the number of the segments for which you made a reservation, and the number of the canceled segments will not be added to the remaining number of segments for which you can board flights.
- The paid optional service charges that are not included in the price of the Flight Pass will not be refunded even when your reservation is canceled.
- If you want to cancel your reservation, please complete the procedure on the Manage Booking website just like ordinary reservations.
When the flight you have booked is significantly delayed or canceled, you can receive a refund (it means that the number of segments will be restored and you will receive a refund on paid optional service charges, not that you will receive a refund on the price of the Flight Pass). Please book a flight that meets your needs after confirming that the number of segments has been restored through the refund procedure.
- When the flight you have booked for the last day of the travel period is significantly delayed or canceled and you cannot rebook a flight during the travel period, please contact the airport counter or the Contact Center.

About boarding

- If you do not complete the check-in and security inspection by the designated deadline or do not show up at the boarding gate by the deadline, it is deemed that you have missed the flight and that the Flight Pass has been used for one segment.
- When you have connecting flights, you need to complete the check-in procedure, check in and collect your baggage, and undergo the security inspection for each segment.
- Peach does not allocate dedicated transfer counters.
- Please secure at least 90 minutes to transfer from a domestic flight to another domestic flight.

- The schedule is subject to change without notice. Please note that flights may be suspended for justifiable and unavoidable reasons.

Terms of use

- Only people who visit Japan from other countries can purchase or use the Flight Pass. (Residents of Japan cannot purchase or use the Flight Pass.)
- The Flight Pass can be used only by the persons who registered their names when purchasing it. Be sure to bring your passport during your trip. Always present your passport for identity verification when requested.
- When a person other than the person who registered the name uses the Flight Pass, the Flight Pass and all existing reservations become invalid and the Flight Pass, the paid optional service charges, and other fees paid in relation to the use of the Flight Pass will not be refunded.
- If you do not follow instructions in the notes, we may suspend the use of the Flight Pass without notice.
- The price is subject to change without notice.
- The sale of Flight Passes may end without notice.
- Flight Passes have been created on the condition that permits from the relevant authorities are obtained.
