Holding a Fare

Peach Fare Holder makes it possible to hold the number of seats your party requires at the displayed price for 24 hours while you pause finalization of your flight and payment. To finalize your booking, pay the remaining balance of the held fare within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

• Peach Fare Holder is only available via the Peach website.
• Not available if the booking includes a flight departing within 72 hours.
• Peach Fare Holder cannot be used for fares to which sales, campaigns, or other special deals apply.
• If you hold payment, you cannot apply for insurance at the same time. Please apply via the ‘Manage Booking site’ after payment for the holding booking has been completed.

Payment

When you opt to hold a fare, you pay only the Peach Fare Holder fee at that time.
If you do not complete payment within 24 hours, your booking and fare will be cancelled automatically.

*Peach Fare Holder fees cannot be paid using Peach Points, or by remittance payment at convenience stores, ATMs, or online banking.
*For Minimum Fares, an additional ticketing fee will be charged at the time of payment for your held fare. (No ticketing fee will be charged for Singapore route segments of itineraries departing from Singapore.)

Other Information

• The contents of a held fare cannot be changed once held.
• Peach Fare Holder fees will not be refunded.

Domestic flights/International flights: 300 JPY

*Per person, one way.
*Standard Plus Fare flights are not subject to a Peach Fare Holder fee.

How to Finalize Your Booking

Procedures

• 1. Open the Manage Booking page on the Peach website.
• • ＜When proceeding from your Peach account page＞
    Log in to the same Peach account used to hold the fare, and click on “Modify the booking”
  • ＜When proceeding with a booking number＞
    
  • From the Manage Booking page, enter the booking number for your held fare and the surname you entered when using Peach Fare Holder, then select “Search bookings.”
• 2. Click on “Pay the balance” to complete procedures.
