- If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay. If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.
Flights subject to cancellation or significant delay can be transferred or refunded free of charge, regardless of the fare type.

Have your booking number (6-digit alphanumeric number) ready at hand, which you will find in the email sent to you during the booking process.
