Regarding Peach connecting flights
Transferring between Peach flights requires check-in, checking-in & collecting your baggage and security check (including passport control for international flight) for each flight at each airport.
- Peach does not have transit counters does not offer boarding services for connecting flights at the gate.

Recommended connecting flight times
For worry-free travel, Peach sets these required connecting flight times when transferring from one Peach flight to another.When making a reservation, please ensure that the connecting time is longer than the required connecting time.

- Please be advised that you are responsible for choosing flights that give you enough time for transferring between Peach flights and flights on other airlines.
- Reservation changes can be made at the “Manage Booking” page of flypeach.com, even for those that do not fulfill the required connecting flight time. Please be aware of the connecting time advised above when choosing your new flight and give yourself enough time for each subsequent flight.
In case you are unable to make a connection to next Peach flight due to a delay or cancellation of a Peach flight
If you are unable to depart or make a connection due to a Peach flight delay or cancellation, please refer to the following.
If you are unable to depart or connect to a Peach flight with the same reservation number due to a significant delay* or cancellation of your Peach flight.
*If you are unable to depart or make a connection due to a significant delay or cancellation of a Peach flight, we will take one of the following measures only for the Peach flight with the same reservation number as the flight that was significantly delayed or canceled.
*If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay. If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.- Transfer to Peach flights for unused segments
- Refund unused segments
- Partial refund for flights that have not been flown, and re-booking to later date of remaining flights
If you are unable to depart or connect to a Peach flight with the same reservation number due to delay of your Peach flight.
If you cannot make a connection due to a Peach flight delay even though your reservation meets the required connection time, we will take one of the following measures only for the connecting flight with the same reservation number as the delayed flight.
Delayed flights themselves are not eligible for transfers or refunds.- Transfer to other Peach flights on the same route
- Refund connecting flight
- Partial refund and transfer of remaining flights ( in case of multi connecting flights)
- NOTICE
- Reservations with different reservation numbers from those of delayed or cancelled flights are not eligible for transfer/refund.
- Reservations that do not meet the required connection time will not be eligible for transfer/refund even if you are not allowed to board due to Peach flight delays.
- Compensation for transfer to another company's flight or alternative transportation, as well as accommodation and transportation expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations, are not covered.
- In the event that a passenger misses a Peach flight for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation or delay of another company's flight, the transfer/refund is not applicable.
- In the case of above ②, transfers/refunds for connecting flights are available at the Contact Center or airport counter.
