About the fare type changes

Peach Aviation will change its fare types for flights departing from October 27, 2024, onwards. Please note that the name of the fare, the options included in the fare, and various processing procedures will be different before October 26 and after October 27.
*Singapore routes will be subject to the new fare type.

Standard Plus
24-hour hold on payment

If you select Standard Plus, you can choose whether you pay for your booking on the spot or hold your payment for 24 hours. When you hold your payment, the displayed fare is ensured for 24 hours, and you can take time to consider whether to make a purchase or not. *You can hold your payment only when you make a new reservation. *You cannot hold your payment when there is a flight that departs within 72 hours.
*You cannot hold your payment when there is a fare to which sales and promotions are applied.
*After you hold your payment, you can pay for your booking on the “Manage Booking” website.
*When you complete the payment within 24 hours of holding it, your booking is finalized with the details you put on hold. When you do not complete the payment within the time limit, the booking put on hold will be canceled automatically.
*You cannot pay for the booking put on hold at convenience stores or using ATMs or online banking services.
*If you hold your booking, you cannot apply for insurances at the same time. After completing your payment, please apply on the “Manage Booking” website.

FAQ

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Transfers/refunds/providing Points are available if your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed. In these cases, handling fees do not apply, and you can apply online. Details here

What kind of payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available in Peach website: Credit Cards, Convenience Stores, ATM (Post Office and Bank), Internet banking,E-money, QR code payment, and Peach Points. Details here

Note.

  • For details on each fare type and fees/charges, please refer to the Fare Rules, Fees and Charges page.
  • Fees and charges are set in accordance with the country of departure of the first segment of your itinerary, and must be paid in that currency.
  • Peach Point is a point with an expiration date that can be used to pay the fares and charges of Peach Aviation. It cannot be refunded to the payment method used, exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to anyone other than the user. Click here for details
