Flight change

You can change your flight free of charge.

  • The fare type cannot be changed.
  • If there is a difference between the ‘Standard Plus’ fare and the fare of the flight you wish to change to, we will charge the difference.
    (If the fare is lower on the flight you wish to change to, the difference is non-refundable.)
  • Fees for the previous flight (e.g. checked baggage fees, seat selection fees, etc.) will be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  • An additional fee is charged for procedures carried out at contact centres and airport counters.
  • This does not apply if otherwise stipulated in the General Conditions of Carriage.

At the same time as booking or within 24 hours of booking.

  • If the departure time is less than 72 hours, the payment must be made at the same time as the booking.
  • This does not apply if you use Peach Fare Holder service and if a sale or promotion applies to your booking.

  • The reservation is only confirmed once payment has been made.
    If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment by convenience store, ATM or internet banking is not accepted.
  • You cannot apply for insurance at the same time. After payment has been completed, you will need to make a request via the ‘Manege Booking website’.

  • If a flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and a refund is applied, the fare and various fees/charges for the refundable flight will be refunded to the method of payment.Click here for details.
  • Points(Peach Points) are valid for payment of fares, charges and fees. Peach Points cannot be refunded to a payment method, exchanged for cash, resold or transferred to anyone other than the user. Click here for details.
  • Refund means refund to currency if the payment method is currency, or refund to points if the payment method is points. Granting points means offering points based on the fare amount, in accordance with our rules, in cases other than refunds.
  • For unused tickets, taxes and airport fees can be refunded if applied for within six months of the scheduled departure date. However, an administration fee (SGD 30 per sector) is required.
