Depending on the details of change, there is a difference in how/where to apply as well as the acceptability.

- *1 The procedure is available up to 1 hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.
- *2 Flight changes are only possible for flights booked under Standard Plus. If you wish to change your flight for other fare types, please cancel your reservation and rebook.
- *3 Changes can be made up to three hours prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.
- *4 Domestic flights: up to 3 hours prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary. International flights: up to 24 hours before the departure time stated in the itinerary.

- Only the fare difference between the original flight and the new flight will be charged.(If the amount paid later is less than the earlier one, there is no refund or return of points of the difference.)
- When changing flights, options such as seat selection and checked baggage on the previous flight will be cancelled and these payment will not be refunded or returned with points.
- If you wish to request seat selection, space seat options or checked baggage on the new flight, you will have to pay again.
- You can not to change the flight date to a date where the order of the segments is reversed.
Fees / Charges
Fees and charges are subject to the rates and currencies set in the country of origin of the first segment of the itinerary.
Additional fees will be charged when asking these procedures via Contact Center or at Airport Counter.
How to make flight-changes via the website

- If you wish to cancel some of the passengers in a multi-passenger booking, this cannot be done via the website. Please contact the Contact Centre.
Please have ready at hand the booking number (6-digit alphanumeric number) that was sent to you in the email sent during the booking process.

Step 1.
Log in to the 'Manage Booking site'- Enter the booking number (6 alphanumeric digits) and the passenger's surname.
- Press the reservation search button.
- Reservations purchased through a travel agent are not eligible.

How to change the flight
Cancellations/Refunds/Refund in points at the customer's
personal reason
You can cancel up to one hour prior to the departure time stated in the itinerary.
Rules for flight cancellations at the customer's personal reason vary depending on the fare type.

How to cancel the flight / apply for the refund
Transfer/refund/refund in points
in the event of flight
cancellation/significant delay*.
In the event of a cancellation or significant delay, you can use one of the following methods.
No fees will be charged for transfer/refund procedures due to flight cancellation or significant delay of the booked flight.
If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay.
If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.

- *Refunded Peach Points will be issued in the same currency as the ticket purchase.
- *When you apply the refund at the airport counter or contact center, the original payments made at a convenience store/ATM/internet banking, the refund method is bank transfer. (refund in points also available.)
- NOTICE

- When the booking has been cancelled or changed before the cancellation and significant delay is announced, it will not be eligible for refund or flight transfer alternative flights.
Requests after deadline will not be accepted. - A connecting flight or a round trip flight is non-refundable if both ways are not in the same itinerary (using the same booking reference number).
- Peach will not compensate any other fees for your travel (e.g. Accommodation, rental car at travel destination.)
- Alternative flight transfer to another airlines is not available.
- Refund application of Insurance fee is not available at Peach. Please contact your contracted insurance company.
- If tickets were purchased through a travel agency, please contact your agency within the application period.
- When the booking has been cancelled or changed before the cancellation and significant delay is announced, it will not be eligible for refund or flight transfer alternative flights.
How to apply for Transfer / Refunds via the websites
In case of cancellation or significant delay, no handling fees apply for your flight transfer/refund regardless of fare type.
