About the fare type changes

Peach Aviation will change its fare types for flights departing from October 27, 2024, onwards. Please note that the name of the fare, the options included in the fare, and various processing procedures will be different before October 26 and after October 27.
*Singapore routes will be subject to the new fare type.

Cancellation/Refund/Providing Points due to Personal Reason

Cancellation/Refund/Providing Points

Rules on refunds due to cancellations for customers’ personal reasons vary depending on the fare type.
The procedure is available by 1 hour before the departure time stated in the itinerary.

Minimum
  • Refund/Providing Points not applicable
Standard
  • The amount obtained after deducting the fee from the fare and taxes/airport fee will be provided in Peach Points.
  • Cancel fee
     Up until 30 days before departure: SGD 10.00
     29 days before departure or later: SGD 30.00
    • The number of days is calculated based on the scheduled departure time (local time) of the flight.
Standard Plus
  • The amount obtained after deducting the fee from the fare and taxes/airport fee will be refunded to the payment method used when booking the flight.
  • Cancel fee SGD 5.00
NOTICE
  • Peach Points will be issued in the same currency as the ticket purchase and in the name of the first passenger on the reservation.
  • Charges (checked baggage charge, seat selection charge, etc.) and Fees are not to be refunded/provided points.
  • Fees and charges are set in accordance with the country of departure of the first segment of your itinerary, and must be paid in that currency.
  • Airport facility fees and tax is only refundable if a refund application is made within 6 months from the original departure date.

  • If you wish to cancel some passengers, you cannot complete the procedure on the website.

Alternative flight transfer and Refund/Providing Points due to flight cancellation or significant delay*

  • If a delay of one hour or more for domestic flights and two hours or more for international flights is determined by the start of check-in, it will be treated as a significant delay.
    If a significant delay is determined after check-in has started, handling of your ticket will be advised at the airport.

If your reserved flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, the following options apply regardless of fare types.
No cancel or change fee will be applied.

Change to an alternative Peach flight

Eligible period for alternative flight transfer: within 10 days counted from the next day of your original departure date

Eligible period for alternative flight departure date: within 10 days counted from the next day of your original departure date

  • No handling fee is required for this flight transfer application.

Refund/Providing Points (For unused tickets only)

You may choose to refund to the payment method or provide Peach Points.

  • Peach Points will be issued in the same currency as the ticket purchase.
  • In case of refund for bookings paid at convenience stores/ATMs/internet banking via the contact center / airport counter, you may refund by bank transfer (you can also choose to provide Points).
  • If you wish to change or cancel some passengers, you cannot complete the procedure on the website. Please contact the contact center.
NOTICE
  • When the booking has been cancelled or changed before the cancellation and significant delay is announced, it will not be eligible for refund/providing Points or flight transfer alternative flights.
  • Requests after deadline will not be accepted.
  • If the booking number is different from the number of the flight cancellation/significant delay, even if it is a connecting flight or round trip flight, the transfer/refund/providing Points will not be eligible.
  • Peach will not compensate any other fees for your travel (e.g. Accommodation, rental car at travel destination.)
  • Alternative flight transfer to another airlines is not available.
  • Refund application of Insurance fee is not available at Peach. Please contact your contracted insurance company in this case.
  • If tickets were purchased through a travel agency, please contact your agency within the application period.
