What is our optional priority checked baggage delivery service?
Our optional priority checked baggage delivery service is an optional chargeable service. With this service, baggage you check in at the counter in the departure airport will be among the first to be delivered to the baggage claim area in the destination airport.
- To use this service, you need to pay for all your checked baggage. If you have more than one piece of baggage to check in, you need to pay for all your checked baggage to use this service. You cannot use this service for just some of your baggage.
- This service is not available for sports equipment.

How to add our optional priority checked baggage delivery service
When you book your ticket:
When you book your ticket, tick (✓) the [Add] box below the optional priority checked baggage delivery service fees on the “Checked Baggage” page.
- The number of pieces of baggage accepted per flight for this service is limited. You can add pieces of baggage up to the remaining number shown.
- To use this service, you need to pay for all your checked baggage. If you have more than one piece of baggage to check in, you need to pay for all your checked baggage to use this service. You cannot use this service for just some of your baggage.
- This service can be booked up to 3 hours before the departure time stated in the time table.
After you have booked your ticket:
To go to the [Add checked baggage] page, click [Manage booking] - [Add checked baggage]. Tick (✓) the [Add] box below the optional priority checked baggage delivery service.
- The number of pieces of baggage accepted per flight for this service is limited. You can add pieces of baggage up to the remaining number shown.
- The “P” mark at the top right of the number of pieces of baggage indicates this service is still available. If you tick (✓) the [Add] box and the “P” mark is shown, you can add pieces of baggage up to the remaining number shown.
- To use this service, you need to pay for all your checked baggage. If you have more than one piece of baggage to check in, you need to pay for all your checked baggage to use this service. You cannot use this service for just some of your baggage.
- The service can be booked up to 3 hours before the departure time stated in the itinerary.
Please note:
- The number of pieces of baggage accepted per flight for this service is limited.
- To use this service, you need to pay for all your checked baggage. If you have more than one piece of baggage to check in, you need to pay for all your checked baggage to use this service. You cannot use this service for just some of your baggage.
- This service is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- If you add this service and subsequently change your flight, you will need to add this service again. In this case, fees apply.
- This service is not available for sports equipment. Therefore, sports equipment cannot be among the first to be delivered to the baggage claim area.
- If you book a Fast Seat on your flight, your baggage will be among the first to be delivered to the baggage claim area. You do not need to add this service.
- Handling fees apply if you add this service at a contact center /airport counter.
- We only accept credit card and Peach Point payments if you add this service at a contact center /airport counter.
