A step-by-step guide to redeeming codes and using Peach Points
Step 1. Log in to your Peach account.
Access the Peach account page and log in to your Peach account. (You need to create a Peach account to redeem codes for Peach Points.)
Step 2. Access the Peach Point redemption page.
- For the desktop site

Log in to your account and access the Peach Point redemption page by clicking:
- “Topics” – “Redeem codes for Peach Points [others]” on your account page, or
- “Peach Point” page - “Submenu” – “Redeem codes for Peach Points [others]” on your account page.
- For the mobile site

Log in to your account and access the Peach Point redemption page by tapping:
- “Topics” – “Redeem codes for Peach Points [others]” on your account page, or
- “Peach Point” page - “Submenu” – “Redeem codes for Peach Points [others]” on your account page."
Step 3. Enter the redemption code and password emailed to you and redeem the code for Peach Points.
- We will send an email to the email address registered in your Peach account to let you know your Peach Points redemption has been completed. This email will be sent from noreply@resmail.flypeach.com and the subject of the email will be “[Peach] Your Peach Points redemption has been completed.”
Step 4. How to use your Peach Points
When you purchase Peach air tickets or pay optional charges such as baggage charges or seat selection charges with your Peach Points, select “Peach Point” and enter the Peach Point number(s) and security code(s) that have been issued to you.
Deadline for redeeming codes and Peach Points expiration date
Redemption codes are valid for a limited time only. Make sure you redeem the code for your Peach Points before the deadline specified in the email.
The expiration date of your Peach Points can be found in the Peach Points redemption email or on the “Peach Point” page in your account.
Please note the following when you use your Peach Points.
- Codes can be redeemed for Peach Points on the Peach website. (Redemption codes cannot be used to book flights or pay other fees and charges on the Peach website unless they are first redeemed for Peach Points.)
- The expiration date of your Peach Points may vary depending on campaigns. In some campaigns, available routes, departure dates and validity periods may be limited. Please see the Campaign page for more details.
- Peach Points will be issued in the name of the Peach account holder. You must be the passenger or one of the passengers if you wish to use your Peach Points to purchase air tickets or pay fees or charges.
- If you have more than one Peach Point number, you may use up to five Peach Point numbers at a time.
- You will be charged payment fees when you use your Peach Points.
- You may make a partial payment with Peach Points and pay the balance by credit card, in which case credit card fees will be charged. (Please note that you cannot use your Peach Points and credit card together to make a payment at a Peach airport check-in counter.)
