Booking
If you require special support at the airport or on board, after booking confirmation, please call Peach Contact Center or send us the "Wheelchair Check Form" at least 3 days prior to your departure.

In order for us to assist you at the airport and inside the cabin, we will contact you in advance to confirm:
- If you are traveling with a companion.
Our cabin attendants are not permitted to provide medical services, to assist with feeding or personal hygiene and lavatory functions.
For those passengers requiring such assistance, it is recommended to travel with an attendant*.*The attendant has to meet all of the following conditions.
- Must be over the age of 12
- Must be able to assist the attendee with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
- Must not be required to assist anyone other than the attendee during an emergency evacuation
- Must be aware of the attendee's condition and be able to provide any needed assistance
- Must be seated next to the attendee
- If you have any mobility issues.
In order for us to assist you at the airport and inside the cabin, please let us know your level of mobility.
- Unable to walk without assistance
- have an ability to walk in the cabin, but unable to ascend and descend stairs
- Have an ability to ascend and descend stairs, but unable to walk a long distance
- About your wheelchair specifications
Please inform us of the followings:
- The number of wheelchairs
- Manual or electric wheelchair
- Foldable or non-foldable
- Size (length, width, height)/ Weight
*In case of foldable, please let us know the size of your wheelchair when folded.
- Battery Type (for electric wheelchairs)
*Please check with your wheelchair manufacturer if you are not sure which kind of battery is attached.The batteries used in electric wheelchairs are Dangerous Goods for air transportation, we will check the specifications of the batteries at the airport on the day of your flight.
*Depending on the battery type, different restrictions will apply for quantity and power consumption (Wh rating). Please click here for details.
*”Spillable Wet Batteries” are not accepted in carry-on or checked baggage as changes in air pressure or temperature during transport may cause the liquid inside to leak, resulting in damage to baggage and damage to the aircraft.
Check-in

Check-in and security check procedures may take some time.
Please make sure to come to the check-in counter by:Domestic

- About your wheelchair
We ask for your understanding that our staff may need to reconfirm the battery type of your wheelchair at the check-in counter.
The batteries used in electric wheelchairs are Dangerous Goods for air transportation, if we cannot confirm the battery specifications, we may not be able to accept your wheelchair as check-in item. - Wheelchair for lending
You may use our wheelchair from Peach counter at the airport.
Please do not hesitate to ask the airpoort staff for priority boarding if it takes time for you to go on board.-

*Wheelchairs are not available in the parking lot area or at curbside.
Please have someone come to get the wheelchair from the check-in counter. -
On Board
- Boarding with walking aids (such as crutches, canes, walkers etc.)
Walking aids are allowed to be brought on board if they can be stowed safely in cabin.
The ones with sharp ends or if they are judged as dangerous goods, they may not be allowed to be brought on board.
Use of artificial limbs is permitted. - Seat Assignment
We will try our best to accommodate your request by arranging some seats free of charge.However, there are some cases that a seat request cannot be met due to safety reasons or cabin congestion.
Please note that for safety reasons, Emergency Exit Row Seats are not available for customers who need assistance.
*There is a charge for first row (fast seat). - Belts
You are requested to keep your seat in an upright position and keep your seatbelt fastened during takeoff and landing.
Upper-body support equipment is available for customers who have difficulty remaining seated for an extended period. Please ask our contact center for arrangement when you request wheelchair support. - Cabin wheelchair
Cabin wheelchairs are available for use on board. Please ask a cabin attendant if needed.
Arrival
If you have requested assistance in exiting the aircraft, please remain seated until our crew arrives to assist you.
Passengers Traveling with Service Dogs
Guide dogs/hearing assistance dogs/service dog can neither be checked in nor be carried on.
Pets or Emotional Assistance Animals cannot be either checked in or carried on.
Booking via Peach Contact Center
We ask passengers with assistance dogs to contact us at least 3 days prior to the departure.
Export And Import Quarantine will be required in Japan.
It is subject to quarantine depending on the country/region.
Please contact the consulate at destination and/or animal quarantine station by your own means.
You may be accompanied by an assitant dog in the cabin when you come to Japan from another country/region only if the requirements are fulfilled.

- Service Dog
We will confirm with you for the followings at Peach counter at the airport.
Guide dog: assistance dog user certificate/harness on the guide dog (white or yellow harness for guide dogs), or dog certificate/indication on the harness that the dog is an "assistance dog" or "hearing dog".
Service dog: assistance dog certificate/indication on the harness that the dog is a "service dog".
Hearing assistance dog: assistance dog certificate/indication on the harness that the dog is a "hearing assistance dog".
