Immigration (Terminal 2, 1st floor)

  1. quarantine and immigration

    Please have your passport and entry card ready.

    • The electronic entry card (SG Arrival Card) must be submitted within three days of arrival in Singapore, including the date of arrival in Singapore.

    Please confirm the number of the turnstile from which your baggage will be released for your flight and retrieve your baggage.

Departure (Terminal 2, 2nd floor)

  1. check-in (check-in procedures)

    Please complete check-in procedures at the check-in counter 150-50 minutes prior to departure.

    • Please check the location of Peach's check-in counter on the airport information board.
  2. Passport control/Immigration

    Please have your passport and boarding pass ready.

  3. security check

    Carry-on baggage inspection.
    Liquids, aerosols, and gels exceeding 100 ml are prohibited in carry-on baggage.
    Liquids of 100 ml or less must be placed in a clear plastic bag with a zip, with a capacity of less than 1 litre and a total length and width of less than 40 cm. Please note that only one bag is allowed per passenger.

    • Liquor, cosmetics, etc. purchased at duty-free shops after passport control may be brought in, provided they are packed in specified plastic bags.
