Arrival (Termina 2 2F)

1. Quarantine & Immigration:

Please show your passport and immigration card.

2. Baggage Claim:

Check your baggage carousel number on the monitor, and pick up your baggage.

3. Customs Inspection:

Please go to the red counter if you have items to declare or to the green counter if you do not have any items to declare.

400 Cigarettes, 100 Cigars and 500 grams of Tobacco, maximum 1.5 liters of Alcohol (exceeding 12% alcohol by volume).

Departure (Terminal 2 3F)

1. Check-in:

Please complete check-in at our check-in counter between 150 minutes and 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
*The locations of check-in counters change depends on the flights. Please check the airport monitors.
*Please ensure your leave enough time to get to the boarding gate.

2. Immigration:

Please show your passport and boarding pass to the immigration officer. After you have finished please proceed to your gate.
*Please ensure you leave enough time to get to the boarding gate.
*Please come to the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to your flight departure.

3. Safety Inspection:

The inspection of carry-on baggage.
*Carrying more than 100ml of liquids is prohibited.
Those containers are placed in a clear plastic zip-top bag with a maximum volume of 1 liter, a total length and width within 40cm. Only 1 bag per person is allowed on board.
