Notice of the suspension of some procedures due to regular server maintenance (November 26, 2024)

A regular maintenance is scheduled on November 26, 2024.
During the maintenance, some of the procedures will be temporarily suspended. Please check the details as below.

• The operations of our flights and the check-in procedures at the airports will not be affected.

Maintenance Schedule

November 26, 2024 23:00 -November 27, 2024 1:00 a.m. (Japan time)

The below procedures will be temporarily suspended:

• Booking Confirmation / Change / Cancellation
• Adding new options (e.g., checked baggage, seat selection, etc.)

If you are planning to carry out any of the above procudures, please finish it before the maintenance schedule.
Depending on the actual maintenance progress, it may not finish exactly as the time mentioned above.
The temporarily suspended procedures will be resumed once the maintenance is finished.
