24-hour hold on payment

You can choose whether you pay for your booking on the spot or hold your payment for 24 hours. When you hold your payment, the displayed fare is ensured for 24 hours, and you can take time to consider whether to make a purchase or not.
Minimum/Standard Fare flights are subject to a Peach Fare Holder fee per person and per sector when holding payment.
*You can hold your payment only when you make a new reservation.
*After payment is pending, the booking is confirmed if payment is completed within 24 hours. If payment is not completed within the time limit, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
*You can pay for a reservation with holding payment via the "Manage Booking site". Payment cannot be made via convenience stores, ATMs or internet banking.
*Minimum fares are subject to an additional ticketing fee when paying for a holding the booking.
*Not available if the booking includes a flight departing within 72 hours.
*Not available if the booking includes fares subject to a sale or promotion.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Transfers/refunds/providing Points are available if your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed. In these cases, handling fees do not apply, and you can apply online. Details here

  • Peach Point is a point with an expiration date that can be used to pay the fares and charges of Peach Aviation. It cannot be refunded to the payment method used, exchanged for cash, resold, or transferred to anyone other than the user.
